After a gap of 4 years, Ravishankar University has decided to resume the innovation and startup policy once again.
The National Innovation and Startup Policy was formulated in 2019 for all higher education institutions by the Innovation Unit of the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
The All India Education Council in Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University is not considering to implement the same after four years. Under the scheme, students, teachers and staff willing to start up in Ravi University will be given places on rent.
Along with this, technical facilities available in Ravi University will also be provided to them. Not only the present students, but also the former students will be provided the same by the University. This arrangement is being made under the National Policy. This policy was not implemented for four years, due to which the lack of innovation and startups has also been seen.
The amount for this will be determined on the basis of location. The technical facilities available in University will also be used in the startup. The students will surely get the benefit of the scheme. With the implementation of this policy, teachers, employees, students and alumni working in the university will get an opportunity to inculcate culture of innovation and startup, this in turn will provide financial benefit in the form of royalty to the University.
